Julia continues to take a lot of pictures with our older camera. But now Kaitlyn is also getting into the game of taking pictures as well. So it’s getting more difficult to know for sure if all of these pictures are really from Julia.

Julia has also gotten into self portraits again. Look for more proof coming soon.

Gallery2 Upgrade

I’ve upgraded the photo gallery to a new version. While doing that, I tweaked the layout to make it look a little bit better. Now it’s time to start updating the gallery again.

I also changed the name of the blog. Wanted something a little different.

Picture Gallery #43 – Pictures by Julia

Here is another set of pictures taken by Julia. She’s still using our trusty Canon A700 – a camera that was the top of the “A” series for Canon for about five minutes (it was announced in February 2006 and replaced by the A710 IS in August 2006). It’s been through quite a bit, but it’s still working quite well, and taking decent pictures. Decent pictures, at least when the lens isn’t dirty.

RIP, Pebble

After getting some more supplies last night for Pebble, like more food and a little house/treasure chest thing, we came home to find Pebble floating on it’s side. We told Julia that Pebble was “sleeping,” and after Julia went to bed, Pebble got a proper “burial.”

So that concludes our mini-adventure into Julia’s first fish. What’s the next pet we have to look forward to? A hamster? A gerbil? Maybe another fish?
