While reading one of my favorite sites, I read an article about guy who had what sounds like the worst trip ever. Listen to the audio, it’s worth it.
I post this here because the flight originated here in Greensboro. What followed was one screw-up after another, with USAir not caring at all along the way.
If you needed a reason not to fly USAir, here you go. I’ll be sure to avoid them.

i, as a rule, avoid airlines with “us,” “united,” or “american” in the name. which pretty much rules out the big guys besides continental or delta, so i stick to the smaller airlines. call me superstitious…
